Glass, IFR GPS, and COMM in one unit
GDU 116C folds PFD/MFD, IFR GPS, and a COMM radio into a single AXIS display so many panels can drop a separate navigator and radio stack.
Integrated 4-place audio
Dual-comm switching, support for one external radio, comm playback, and Bluetooth for music and phone calls — audio panel functions live in the display.
Simpler install, less weight
Fewer boxes and harnesses than a classic glass-plus-navigator-plus-audio layout. Sensors, antennas, and airframe interfaces are quoted with the display.

- •Built-in TSO IFR GPS, 10 W VHF COMM (8.33 kHz), and 4-place intercom/audio.
- •Comm playback and Bluetooth music/phone on the integrated audio panel.
- •Standby COMM monitoring while tuned to the active ATC frequency.
- •AML STC path for hundreds of piston singles and twins; experimental/LSA variants available.
Certified and experimental panels that want AXIS glass plus IFR GPS and comm without a separate navigator and audio panel. Dual-comm switching supports one external radio.
